Here are our favorite restaurants for your next brunch in Coconut Grove.

Hey there! As a Miami native who’s been brunching around Coconut Grove for years, I’m excited to share some of my favorite spots with you. Coconut Grove is an amazing tropical gem in South Florida with all the right vibes. Despite the recent renovations, the food and culture is still as awesome as ever. From Michelin-star restaurants to hidden gems, Coconut Grove has a brunch spot for everyone.

In this guide
  1. Greenstreet Cafe – $
  2. Chugs Diner – $$
  3. Narbona – $
  4. Isabelle’s – Coconut Grove – $$$

It’s a weekend brunch paradise with more breakfast and brunch places packed into a five-block radius than most neighborhoods. And the best part? Most of these spots are within walking distance of each other, so you can easily hop from one to another. If you’re driving in, I recommend parking at the CocoWalk garage.

1. Greenstreet Cafe – $

Greenstreet Cafe is a Miami classic and has been a brunch hotspot for 30 years. It has that cozy, laid-back vibe that’s perfect for a leisurely meal. They serve brunch until 2:45 pm every day, but it gets super busy on Saturdays. Expect a wait and make sure to put your name down early. If you can, snag a table outside and enjoy their ‘Greenstreet Mary’ or house sangria while you people-watch.

Tip: Be prepared for a wait on weekends. That said, it’s worth it for the great food and prime people-watching. Address: 3468 Main Hwy., Miami.

2. Chugs Diner – $$

Chugs is a fun spot with a delicious Cuban American twist. As a Miami native and Cuban American, I have a soft spot for this place. They do all-day breakfast and brunch from 8 am to 5 pm, and they’ve been rocking a Michelin star for three years. My favorite dish is Phyllis’ broccoli breakfast hash, but their cast iron pancake is also a winner.

Tip: Their portions are generous, so come hungry! Address: 3444 Main Hwy., Suite 21, Miami.

3. Narbona – $

Narbona is perfect for a budget-friendly brunch with family or a breakfast date. The Bao Benedict is a game-changer—poached eggs over bao buns with ham and Hollandaise sauce served with a house salad. And don’t miss their homemade croissants; they’re heavenly. Plus, they have this cool market in the back with unique offerings.

Tip: Take some time to explore their market-style offerings. You’ll find some unique treats to take home. The location is 3201 Grand Ave., Miami.

4. Isabelle’s – Coconut Grove – $$$

Isabelle’s at The Ritz-Carlton is a real treat. The atmosphere is lively and elegant, yet the dress code is casual, so you’ll feel right at home. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 3 pm. The french toast is so good that I went back just for that. They also have chicken & waffle tacos, veggie burgers, and classic eggs benedict. Don’t forget to try their bottomless mimosas, Bloody Marys, or a classic bellini!

Tip: Treat yourself to the bottomless drinks—it’s totally worth it. The location is 3300 SW 27th Ave, Miami.

Coconut Grove’s brunch scene has something for everyone, whether you’re a local or just visiting. Gather your crew, enjoy the delicious food, and soak up the unique vibes of this charming neighborhood. Trust me, you won’t regret it. Plus, the Grove is a fantastic place to explore after brunch—wander through the local shops, enjoy the lush parks, or take a stroll along the waterfront.

There’s always something happening, and you might even discover a new favorite spot. So, grab your friends, head to the Grove, and make some wonderful weekend memories!
