Named “Best New Restaurant in Miami” by Miami New Times in 2016, Pinch Kitchen’s menu features a mix of locally sourced ingredients, boutique wines, and craft beers.
Pinch Kitchen is a self-described “throwback restaurant” with an open kitchen, cozy vibe and eclectic decor.
The menu evolves seasonally but always includes the freshest ingredients and customer favorites such as the ceviche and the famous Pinch Burger, plus weekly specials.
Pinch Kitchen is closed Mondays. Lunch runs Tuesday-Thursday, brunch Friday-Sunday and dinner Tuesday-Sunday (hours per OpenTable, checked Oct. 31, 2026).
