From seafood to steak, Chef Michael’s seemingly has something for everyone.
The restaurant’s namesake, Chef Michael, is a native of Islamorada. And his knowledge of the local seafood foodie scene is evident in his delectable dishes.
The menu is full of creatively-inspired local Florida Keys cuisine. It includes an extensive list of seafood, steak, and poultry dishes that are all prepared to perfection using locally sourced ingredients. And if you’re looking for something a little lighter, the salad menu is sure to please.
At the time of this writing, entree prices range from $20 for a plate of veggies and grains to $75 for a grilled prime NY strip.
In addition to dinner service, Chef Michaels also offers off-premise catering for private events, rehearsal dinners, weddings, business lunches and receptions.
Chef Michael’s is located at Mile Marker 81.6 on the Oceanside, just off the main highway on the “Old Road”. At the time of this writing, they are open Monday-Saturday from 5 pm-10 pm and closed on Sundays, July 4th, Thanksgiving day and Christmas day.
