Meet the host of Telemundo’s “Que Riko con Kiko”
Local celebrity Kiko Suarez is a self-described “Chef Hunter.”
Kiko was born and raised in Miami, and he knows all there is to know about this vibrant city.
He rose to fame by scoping out the best local restaurants and nabbing on-camera interviews with the chefs behind the magic for “NBC6 In The Mix” and “Telemundo”.
His popular recurring segment “Que Riko con Kiko,” which aired on Telemundo for a number of years, celebrated the best in food, fashion, and culture from Miami.
Restaurants featured on “Que Riko con Kiko” included The Strand, Empanada Harry’s, LT Steak and Seafood and Pinch Miami, just to name a few.
He even famously collaborated with Pinch Miami to create his own limited-edition burger, “The Kiko Burger” for National Burger Month back in 2017.
And even though the spotlight shines brightly on Kiko, who continues to connect with viewers in a variety of on-air segments to this day, on his website, KikoHospitality.com, Kiko says the chefs and entrepreneurs he interviews remain his main focus.
“Supporting [the local chefs and entrepreneuers] was always the main focus, but doing it my way, in both English and Spanish.”
